This five star luxury hotel came into existence with the restoration of the iconic building known as “Casa Fuster”, whose construction dates back to 1908 (completed in 1911), when it was considered the most expensive house in the city due to the materials used, including the elaborate display of high quality marble.
In 2000 the building’s title changed hands, but the new owners remained faithful to the original style, while at the same time enhancing the qualities of the building’s emblematic Modernist period architecture. Expect hyper-modern amenities and old world charm.
The Café Viennese, adding to the hotel’s charm, looks out onto the historic Passeig de Gracia, and offers a nice selection of refreshments, snacks, coffee and teas.
