You’re bound to feel “cool” at this retro, pop art-filled restaurant which has made the adjective its namesake. And it seems to take its calling muy serioso: There’s the Cool Art area, which hosts exhibitions by new artists and houses huge projection screens. The best drink at the colorful cocktail bar? The house specialty named “The Cooler”, of course.
But with a fix prixe menu at midday and informal à la carte food at all hours, the restaurant’s grub is the opposite of cold. In fact, food flows constantly from the kitchen, out of which hard-working chefs throw together tapas, salads, Mediterranean specialties and traditional English and Dutch fare with equal expertise.
