Unappealing as it may sound, this beef-focused joint really does work like a juice bar of sorts. Beefbar uses a unique innovative system of preserving liquids from meats—in this case, sourced from Austria, Argentina, Denmark and Holland—in order to enhance flavor and provide succulent, juicy cuts.
