Poble Sec, the area below Montjuic Mountain, has undergone a positive transformation in the last couple of years. Previously a ‘barrio’ for the Catalan working class and anarchists, the district has grown into a colorful multicultural area offering manifold experiences, thanks in part to the Catalan youth having rediscovered its tranquil and simple charm.

Among the many new bars that give Poble Sec a vivid flair, Zodiaco is where the young and creative congregate at night to enjoy drinks, snacks and listen to an eclectic range of music.

During daytime we recommend sitting back with a coffee or beer on Zodiaco’s small terrace out on Blai Street.
