Pitin was one of the first bars opened in Borne, way back in 1957. Formerly a grocery store, it’s now a pleasant blend of old and new features, and of local and visiting customers.
Pitin is a rather inconspicuous place by day; a pleasantly shabby bar, suited to a tranquil afternoon coffee. Once darkness falls, however, the fairy lights that illuminate the ceiling glint enticingly. We advise that you enter the glow, and take the narrow spiral staircase upstairs to the delightful terrace, which is the perfect place to watch the people of Born pass by.
