Luz de Gas is a glammy discotheque in the upper part of Barcelona (not to be confused with its offshoot ship/restaurant on the harbour) with a concert program of a more commercial vein.

Past performances have included Kool and the Gang, Alan Parsons project, ELO and Jose Feliciano. The DJs typically spin house music, and the crowd is a mix of the well-heeled and power-brokers among gussied-up youngsters to match the chandeliers and velvet ropes.
