Surrounded by shelves of cookbooks, diners at In de Keuken are served modern cuisine in a sleek, intimate interior. First you choose between a 3, 4 or 5-course meal (approximately €35, €39 and €45) and let the chef know your gastronomical likes and dislikes, allergies, etc. What will be on your plate is then left entirely up to the chef. And though the surprise creations the chef whips up are sometimes a bit odd, they’re always refined and delicious. Should you not agree you can tell him yourself, since he serves the food himself and is always willing to explain a thing or two about your dish.
