A Fusion
Smorgasbord of Asian flavors

A Fusion has become a hotspot since its price-quality ratio was rated excellent by celebrated Dutch culinary journalist, Johannes van Dam. And who are we to disagree?

The restaurant offers a cross-section of Asian delicacies, ranging from excellent fresh sushi to a wide selection of dim sum with incomprehensible names. Especially recommendable are the steamed oysters with ginger or the lamb in black pepper sauce.

If you want the full Asian experience, why not go for a bubble tea as desert? This excessively popular Hong Kong drinking sensation is almost too weird to miss: milky sweet tea with alarmingly big tapioca balls floating at the bottom. Comes in fruity as well as peanut flavors.

In classic Chinatown fashion, the look of the place is not as outstanding as its cuisine. The rather basic, modern interior has the charisma of a motel room. Just the same, the backless chairs aren’t quite as uncomfortable as they first seem, and the proximity of your neighboring table makes it the perfect place for eavesdropping. If it is not the place for personal confessions, you’ll still eat great without breaking the bank.
