Sauna Deco rescued the grandiloquent art deco interior from Parisian department store Le Bon Marché from a fate in the dumpster after renovations in the 1920s. As such, stained glass, wooden panels and gilded decorations make the space more of a lavish ball than a sterile white spa—and then you realize that everyone’s naked.
Emperor’s new clothes aside, Plunge and Turkish steam baths soak cares away; hot stone massages and algae body peels flush out toxins while organic facial treatments invigorate dull flaky skin to a bright sheen.
