While the description on the Odessa website refers only to the titular Ukranian city, and romantic tales of estranged 18th Century Tsars quaffing champagne in the “pearl of the Black Sea”, we prefer to see it for what it actually is: a cool barge moored on the trendy Docklands district that serves up seasonal Mediterranean fare and knows how to host a shindig.
